Category “A” Building

One Building (Category “A” ) was completed and rented out on 18th January, 2010. Exports of one Building of (Category “A”) was 2010-2011 0.66 Billion PKR, 2011-2012 0.84 Billion PKR, 2012-2013 0.96 Billion PKR and 2013-2014 0.81 Billion PKR. About 4000 workers are directly employed in Category “A” Building. About 52% Women are employed.

Building was completed with cost of 974 Rs.\SFT.

Category “A” building fully compliance with Passenger & Cargo Lifts, Fire alarm system, Smoke detector system, Emergency Staircase, Emergency Exits, Fire Hydrant System and with 38 nos. of Bathroom at each floor total Nos. of Bathrooms 228 separate for Ladies and Gents.

Category “B” Building

2nd Factory Building of Category “B” was completed and rented out 1st January, 2013. Exports of one Factory Building of Category “B” 2012-2013 are 0.324 Billion PKR and 2013-2014 0.81 Billion PKR. About 2000 workers are directly employed in Category “B” Building. Women are employed.

Building was completed with cost of 1163 Rs.\SFT.

Category “B” building fully compliance with Passenger & Cargo Lifts, Fire alarm system, Smoke detector system, Emergency Staircase, Emergency Exits, Fire Hydrant System and with 20 nos. of Bathroom at each floor total Nos. of Bathrooms 121 separate for Ladies and Gents.

Category “C” Building

Admin Block/Auditorium completed. Auditorium block for conference room with the capacity of about 300 seats. Other Amenities/ Buildings like First Aid Centre, Women Facility Block, Security Staff Residence, Under Ground Water Tank (100000 Gallon) and Main Gate & Guard Room, Pump Room and Substation construction work completed.

Infrastructure completed, Roads of 266750 SFT area finished, External Sewerage work completed, Light Poles 43 Nos. fixed, External Rain water completed, Footpath works completed. Fire Fighting works complete and Grassy plots work 235959 SFT completed.
